Each of our tours begins with a 30 - 45 minute orientation session in the plaza and park next to our office. We will practice on the Segways so that everyone feels comfortable and ready to go out and conquer Budapest. The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 12 and older. Unfortunately, pregnant women are not able to participate. Helmets are required to be worn at all times. An insurance damage and liability waiver will also be required for all riders.

FAQ

Are the tours cancelled in case of rain?
No, our tours run rain or shine. We have ponchos available for anyone that needs them and the Segways themselves run just fine in all weather.

How far in advance do I need to reserve?
We suggest you reserve as far ahead of time as possible. We tend to fill all of our tours.

Do we go inside the museums and monuments?
We do not enter the museums and monuments since the Segways are so much fun! We will give you a great orientation however, and you'll know exactly where you want to go after the tour.

Are Segways safe for children or people with disabilities?
Although riding a Segway is relatively easy to do and learn, we do require that all riders be at least 12 years of age. All riders should be able to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance. Unfortunately, pregnant women will not be permitted to participate.
